SMG Access
In 2018 the Brand department began building SMG Access, Studio Movie Grill’s loyalty program. Creating the program from the ground up meant introducing it to our guests, messaging its value, promoting it through web, email, and in-store campaigns, and supporting it through its multi-platform deployment.
SMG Mobile App
When Studio Movie Grill and SMG Access expanded to have mobile app support and a subscription model, I continued to guide the guest experience by overseeing the copy for nearly all mobile screens, and worked side by side with my department director and graphic designers to ensure a consistent, branded, and seamless experience was maintained across the entire SMG mobile app.
